About us

Youth Agency for the Advocacy of Roma Culture “ARCA” is a Roma youth non-governmental organization that has been working in the public sector of Ukraine since 2018, focusing its efforts on the development of the Roma youth movement, support and preservation of Roma history and culture, as well as building intercultural dialogue in Ukraine.

Our mission is to promote a positive image of Roma communities in Ukrainian society through education, media, history and culture.

Strategic goals:

• development and support of the Roma youth movement in Ukraine and internationally;
• establishment of intercultural dialogue and the fight against antigypsyism and all its manifestations - existing stereotypes, prejudices and hate speech;
• preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of the Roma in Ukraine;
• lobbying the interests of the Roma communities at the local, national and international levels.
